Terms of Service

1. Service provider

FastKaki is operated by YOUR SINGAPORE REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME, Singapore UEN YOUR UEN.

2. Scope

The agreed package, pages, features, revisions, content and integrations will be confirmed before work begins. Work outside that scope may be quoted separately.

3. Turnaround

Published 48–72 hour targets apply only to eligible scopes and begin after payment and receipt of all required content and instructions. Customer delays, revision cycles, third-party services or custom integrations can extend delivery.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be stated on the quotation or order confirmation. Work may be paused if required payment has not been received.

5. Customer content

The customer is responsible for ensuring supplied text, images, logos and other materials can legally be used. FastKaki may refuse unlawful or infringing material.

6. Search engines

Google-ready or SEO-ready wording refers to technical and on-page foundations included in the package. No search ranking, traffic level or sales result is guaranteed.

7. Third-party services

Domains, hosting, analytics, payment providers, messaging platforms and other third-party services are subject to their own terms, availability and fees.

8. Approval and launch

The customer is responsible for final review and approval of content, spelling, contact details and commercial claims before launch.

Because FastKaki is a rapid custom design service, work may begin soon after payment and complete content are received. Cancellation or refund eligibility can therefore depend on how much custom work has already been performed, the agreed scope and applicable law. Any rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

12. Cancellations and refunds

Card, bank, QR or wallet payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. FastKaki does not store full card details. Payment is treated as received only after the provider confirms the transaction through its secure payment confirmation process.

11. Payment processing

For online package purchases, the project is placed into the FastKaki work queue after payment is securely confirmed. The advertised first-design turnaround starts only when payment and all content reasonably required for the agreed scope have been received. If the questionnaire and required assets are complete when payment is confirmed, the turnaround clock may start immediately.

Each package includes the design directions and revision rounds stated on the package/order page. A revision means changes to the chosen design direction. A substantially different creative direction after a direction has been approved may be treated as new scope and quoted separately.

Existing website revamps

Revamps of existing websites may require an assessment before a final quote because the current platform, hosting, code, URLs, integrations and technical condition can materially affect the work. FastKaki may recommend rebuilding on a staging copy or a different technical approach where this reduces risk.

WordPress projects

WordPress work may involve third-party themes, plugins, hosting services and code that FastKaki did not create. Existing WordPress revamps, repairs and care plans may require a technical assessment before a final quote or acceptance.

• FastKaki may require administrator and hosting access to perform agreed work. Customers should provide access securely and revoke or rotate credentials after completion where appropriate.
• Major changes to an existing site should use a viable backup and, where practical, staging environment. FastKaki may decline risky live-site changes when no reasonable backup or recovery path exists.
• Premium themes, plugins, extensions, SaaS services, stock assets and licence renewals are not included unless expressly stated.
• Malware removal, hacked-site recovery, abandoned plugins, custom PHP, custom plugins, WooCommerce issues and third-party incompatibilities may require a separate quote.
• FastKaki will take reasonable care when preserving agreed URLs and content during a revamp, but cannot guarantee unchanged search rankings, plugin behaviour or third-party compatibility after updates or migrations.

Hosting & care plans

Managed hosting and WordPress care are recurring services when purchased. Renewal price, storage, traffic/resource limits, email services, backup scope, support limits and termination arrangements will be stated in the applicable order or plan. Hosting does not include unlimited development or emergency recovery unless expressly stated.
